The association has recently incurred an unnecessary expense of pumping out the articles in our drains and sewage system which shouldn’t be there.  Included in the items that were found and never should be placed in a toilet or drain, were the following:

• Grease (big time offender)
• Diapers
• Paper towels
• Plastic bags

Please remind your renters as well about the fragileness of our sewage and drains system.
