Good Day.
We’d like to bring the following matters to your attention as we begin to return to Fort Myers Beach and the Royal Pelican:
1-Hurricane Irma
*As previously mentioned, we are in the process of identifying contractors that are available to repair the soffit, gutter and other building damages caused by the hurricane. We will keep you posted on progress in this area.
*During the hurricane numerous items were being blown around our campus. These were items that have been stored under our buildings including tables and chairs, gas grill propane tanks and grills and miscellaneous other items. needless to say we were quite fortunate that, to the best of our knowledge, none of these items caused serious damage.
We will discuss this problem and potential short and long term solutions at upcoming board meetings.
2-As a reminder, please visit the selected Royal Pelican rules and regulations, found on the website homepage.
Owners who rent their units must inform their tenants about their need to adhere to these rules and regulations.
