Dumpster usage

The dumpsters provided at Royal Pelican are provided for the disposal of properly bagged common household trash.

Items such as furniture, mattresses, box springs and other bulky items should be disposed of by calling our trash disposal company at 239-334-1224, placing the items in front of your building near the dumpster area and scheduling pick up There is no additional charge for this service.  With our new common grills many owners have opted to dispose of their current grills.  This is the method.

Too many of our dumpsters are being overloaded with these bulky items causing them to be full before regular trash pick up dates and making your neighbors carry their trash around to find less than full dumpsters to dispose of their trash.
