Royal Pelican routine maintenance and after hours on call process
*routine maintenance items such as exterior light bulb replacement, stairwell lights, exit signs etc… should be addressed by completing a Royal Pelican work order request. This can be done either online (royalpelican.org) or via written form available in the RP clubhouse
*Building/campus related matters that require immediate attention should be addressed as follows:
1-Monday through Friday normal business hours- contact the on-site maintenance person
2-Saturday, Sunday and after hours- contact Alliant Property management at 239-454-1101 to address the issue with the on call representative (Alliant will contact and advise RP board member Bob Woody at the time of the event)
*Emergency situations- such as being stuck in an elevator call 911
Note-RP board members may or may not be available to assist you with issues requiring immediate attention during weekends and after hours.
