The Royal Pelican parking lot will be patched and resealed as follows:

• April 9 patch work in various pearling lot locations
• April 30 through May 3 seal coating (2 coats) in various parking lot locations
• Workers will be on site to help direct vehicle flow throughout the project.

A few things to point out to your residents/frequently asked questions are bullet pointed below:

• Each section will be closed/blocked off for a total of approximately 34 hours
• The sealer dries very fast and as soon as it is dry to the touch it can be walked on/across
• Please do not move cones, twine or ribbon to drive across fresh sealer but feel free to walk across as long as the
sealer is dry to the touch. This can take anywhere from 10 minutes to over an hour in shady areas from time of
each application depending on weather conditions.
• We will be applying 2 separate coats on each section. The first coat may take a bit longer to dry due to the
squeegee application
• During the cleaning process each morning there will be dust/dirt in the air and will most likely get on your
property and or cars. We will do everything in our power to keep this to a minimum however it is a nature of the
beast. In order to give you the best results possible we must clean the roadway properly.
• Please have all cars moved out of the designated area’s (if you intend to use your car for the next 32 hours) by
7:45am the morning of your color section being completed.
• Each area will be very obviously blocked off and there will be no question as to what area we are working in each
day.
• Our crew members are very helpful and willing to assist you should you have any questions or if there is anything
they can do to make this process as painless as possible.
• Please avoid scheduling deliveries and contractors during this period.
• If you are parked under the garage and you need to use your car, please move to an area that is not being worked
on.
