As of Saturday morning, January 26, 2019, 75 owners have completed the survey distributed a couple of days ago.  This is a significant number of RP owners who have completed the survey (over 50% of all owners and 66% of owners receiving the survey via email).  The results are interesting and the comments/suggestions are insightful. If you haven’t had the opportunity yet to complete the survey, please do so.

Good Day,

As you are probably aware the board has been working on the issue of outside storage for over a year. Based on previous owner input on storage, the objectives of the storage committee and the board are as follows:
Clean up the appearance of our community
Set rules for acceptable storage
Allow storage, in some form for those without under building parking
Minimize expense to owners
To this end there will be an information session (details to follow) on a proposed amendment to change certain locations from “common element” (space) to “limited common element” (space). The next step is to get you input on storage specifics (location, size, color, etc.). Please click on the link below and complete this short survey.
