Below please find the new storage box specifications.  They also can be found under the Condominium Documents link on the website.  Owners are requested to be in compliance by April 30, 2019.  Thank you.

ROYAL PELICAN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
STORAGE BOX SPECIFICATIONS

These specifications were approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on March 11, 2019 and supersede all other storage box specifications, specifically those approved on January 22, 1998.

• Owners with parking spaces underneath buildings will be allowed one of the following:
o One larger box with size not to exceed a width of 84”, depth of 60” and height of 52”
OR
o Two smaller boxes with size not to exceed a width of 84”, depth of 28” and height of 27”
• Owners with parking spaces underneath buildings who currently have storage boxes will be allowed (grandfathered) to keep those boxes as follows:
o One of the larger boxes (not to exceed 84” x 60” x 52”)
OR
o Two of the smaller boxes with total size not to exceed width of 120”, depth of 28” and height of 27”
• Owners who purchase the larger size box will be required to store all items, such as bikes, wagons, chairs, etc. in their box.
• Boxes shall be a neutral color, specifically defined as beige, ivory, taupe, gray and shades of white, and shall not contrast with existing box colors.
• Storage boxes made of wood will be painted the same basic color as the Royal Pelican buildings.
• Owners are responsible for the maintenance and clean appearance of their storage box and surrounding area.
• Storage boxes shall be constructed of durable material, capable of withstanding weather, wear and tear or decay.
• Storage boxes shall be secured to prevent movement of any type.
