Ocean Habitat Inc was given permission by our State Government in Tallahassee this week to continue work as an essential business.

Ocean Habitats will be installing one half the order of units Wednesday April 22nd. They will arrive here from Gainesville between 11am and Noon. Due to the virus, they will return home the same day as opposed to renting rooms. Unfortunately, not all of the orders for Royal Pelican will be installed. We have 42 orders and they will be installing 34. The balance of orders will be installed the following week for Royal Pelican and all other communities along with the EBIA Fishing Pier.

You are welcome to watch the installation from a safe distance (for your benefit and also the installers), if you feel unsafe in doing that, I will also be taking a video to be posted on both the Royal Pelican Condo Website and also on the Royal Pelican Boating website.
