Question. How will package and mail delivery be impacted when lobby access is not available?
Answer. The US Postal Service will not deliver mail when there is no lobby access. All mail will be delivered when the lobby is reopened
Packages should not be scheduled for delivery when there is no access to the building lobby
Advanced notice about lobby closure will be provided to each building as far in advance as possible
Question. How many days will the elevator be down in my building?
Answer. The contractor anticipates that elevators will not be available for 2 to 3 days at each building. The contractor has also committed to minimizing elevator downtime We will have a better handle on this amount of time once we have the experience of completing buildings 1 and 2
Question. Will the contractor work on weekends?
Answer. At this time the contractor is not scheduled to work on weekends. That may change once the project gets started and specific issues need to be addressed. If so, they would be here Saturday not Sunday
