With the receipt of a couple of recent contractor evaluations, we have passed the number of 25 contractor evaluations.  Before you embark on any work in your unit, I recommend consulting the list, which is located in the owner section of the website.  If you have recently had dealings with a contractor, please consider completing a contractor evaluation form, found on the same location as the contractor evaluations.  The more input we receive the more community-based we will be.
