Please see the document below detailing the Annual Meeting set for Thursday, February 4th at 10 am in the clubhouse.  Please adhere to the following procedures to ensure we are following CDC guidelines:

  • The meeting will be held in person in the RP clubhouse and via Zoom.
  • A total of 35 participants will be allowed in the clubhouse as follows (35 is exclusive of board members and committee chairs).
  • Chairs will be set up with appropriate social distancing.
  • Masks will be required. “No mask no entry.”
  • One person maximum from each household.
  • Admittance on a first come first serve basis via sign up sheet in the clubhouse.
  • All clubhouse windows will be open during the meeting.
  • We’ll try to manage the meeting in as concise a method as possible.
  • Please register for the Zoom meeting as directed in the notice.
