The Royal Pelican Condominium Association annual meeting is scheduled to take place on February 4, 2021 at 10:00AM

The meeting will take place in the Royal Pelican clubhouse and via Zoom as follows;

* “in person” clubhouse participation will be limited to 35 owners.
* a sign up sheet will be posted in the clubhouse on January 28, 2021 for owners to sign up for in person attendance (first come first serve basis)
* limit of 1 in person participant per household
* masks will be required. “No mask no entry”
* chairs will be arranged to meet social distancing guidelines
* All clubhouse windows will be open during the meeting

Zoom participation specifics were distributed with the second distribution of the annual meeting agenda which is listed below.  Please review if you need additional details regarding Zoom participation.

Please return your annual meeting proxies via USPS mail or by dropping it off in the indicated box in the clubhouse. We need your proxies to reach a quorum to hold the meeting.
