The new bike rack arrived today. The bike rack is located on the back side of the Club House. The rack will accommodate 10 bikes.
We felt that the location would also provide some shelter for the bikes as well as being a central location for the community. The bike rack is be made of a recycled plastic material that we believe will not only be sturdy (50 year guarantee) but also not be as susceptible to scratching, denting and rusting.
When using the bike rack please make sure that when one bike is placed in the rack with the front tire, that the bike next to it needs to be placed in the rack using the back tire. Alternating back and forth with the bikes in this manner will allow the bike rack to accommodate more bikes.
Please keep in mind that you are required to use your own bike lock and to lock your bike. The community is not assuming any responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen bikes.
The bike rack is to ONLY be used by community members that DO NOT HAVE an underground parking space.
