Steve Harris resigned yesterday and yesterday was his last day. We are offering Dale Sindt, our long-time cleaner, the interim position of maintenance coordinator/janitor. In effect, we are moving from two positions to one. Please join us in wishing Dale well.
Also, the Board is in the process of vetting property management companies. Yesterday the Board was in executive session, including a representative from the Boating Association, to listen to presentations (via Zoom). We viewed three company’s presentations. After each presentation there was time allowed for a detailed discussion of each company’s proposal. This will be an ongoing process as we have asked each company for more information. In the meantime, Alliant will continue in its role of property manager.
